Product:

We are happy to exchange Aveda hair care and skin care products within 10 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt. We cannot exchange cosmetics, or other non- Aveda items. Limit 3 product exchanges per year.

Service:

We do not refund service charges. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please call us within 5 days of the original service to schedule a re-do. Re-dos must be performed at the original location and must be within 10 days of the original service.

Things to Know:

Punctuality – ideally, arrive 10 – 15 minutes early so you can enjoy an unhurried transition into the Salon. If you are late, your treatment time will be shortened.

Shaving – if you must shave, please do so at least two hours before your scheduled appointment if you are receiving a facial, or any kind of bodywork

Socializing – when in the relaxation areas and elsewhere in the SalonSpa, please be mindful or others and keep conversations at a low volume and cell phone conversations limited and low.

Medical Conditions – if you have any type of medical condition be sure to mention it when you book your appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Also, before your treatment begins, please let your service provider know of any medical conditions.
