What I liked most about my experience was the friendliness of the massage therapist. Unfortunately, the face cradle broke moments into the beginning of the 90 minute session and 90 minutes later, the issue had still not been resolved. I am regretful I allowed her to continue although she had a quick solution to just flip over for the time being until the cradle could be replaced or repaired or so we both anticipated. I still gave a 10 because this was no fault of the therapist and her attempt to do the best she could was a good effort. However, I felt very disappointed after investing her time and mine to come away with less than 100% satisfaction. No manager addressed the situation and the therapist did apologize and again, did her best. I share in hopes that a solution can be generated in the event this were to occur in the future. Investing in a 90 minute session is an expense that should generate 100% satisfaction in my opinion. Perhaps I have too high of standards and expectations. Thank you in advance for your consideration to address possible options to the client in the event this unfortunate circumstance were to occur again in the future.
